Abbey Windows replaced 2 windows on the top floor. We are very happy with them, Scott fitted the
windows to a very high standard, working cleanly and thoughtfully at all times. They covered the furniture to avoid dust and that's a plus for me. Last year Abbey Windows fitted a bay window, which again excellent work, I just forgot to give a review on that occasion. Well done, I'll be back for more works.

We engaged with Fairway Construction to undertake a loft conversion (Including a dormer and the lowering of first floor ceilings), reconfiguration of the first floor and also a full refurbishment of the property.
Andrew and the team have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, the quality of workmanship is outstanding and we are delighted with the result.

Edit: have updated it to say the owner/manager called me immediately apologising and promised to look into it. It turns out they had the wrong email (1 letter typo). He appreciated the feedback and said he will instruct the sales team to have follow up calls rather than just email and wait for a response just in case. I think this whole issue could’ve been resolved with a simple phone call had the sales team called to check whether I received their email.
If I could give it a zero star, I would. I went there a month ago and booked a home visit for the following Monday. The person coming over rescheduled twice on the same day changing the time so I had to keep changing my plans to accommodate. He showed up, took the measurements, and said he’s heading to the office now and will ask his boss and will give me a call by the end of the day with a quote. Didn’t hear back for a few days. I called him to follow up, he said he’s just waiting to hear back from his boss but it won’t be long. I gave it another week. Nothing. I texted. No response whatsoever. I called the next day. He didn’t pick up. Another week or so passes and nothing. On Wednesday this week I called the sales office. I explained the situation and the person on the phone apologised and said he will speak to his boss right away and give me a call back the same day. It’s been 3 days and I haven’t heard back. I’ve called about 5 different times today and nobody is picking up. Even if they needed more time, I would appreciate a call to apologise and explain the situation. Why would I trust a business that can’t even return calls in a timely manner?

My whole experience with Abbey Windows has been first rate. Chris in sales cam to see me was a true professional giving excellent advice. Louise and Graham in the installations department managed my expectations on delivery and installation with absolute clarity and due care and attention. My lovely new door was installed by Rob, who completed the work to a superb standard with a very friendly manner, with due care and attention. I will not hesitate to use Abbey Windows in the future for my Double Glazing and door needs.

This is the second set of windows we have ordered from 5 Star for our Victorian Terrace house. We were so impressed with the quality, price and service levels first time that we came straight back.
We had 2 windows this time, 1 downstairs, 1 upstairs. Previously they redid all of our kitchen windows.
Everyone at 5 Star is really friendly and helpful - from the sales guy who visited and discussed our options (not pushy salesman in the slightest), to the staff at the office arranging visits, to the window fitters themselves who completed the job in 2.5 hours!
The fitters were exceptionally clean and tidy. I thought there would be dust everywhere, like after other building work we have had done. They put down dust sheets throughout the house and even hoovered up the dust inside and swept up any mess created on the patio outside. Absolutely spotless and super fast.
Once again we were very impressed with the level of service and the finish of the job. If/when we need any more windows, we will be coming straight back to 5 Star! Highly recommended.

Received a cold call from 5 star about getting a quote for my tired bay windows so decided it was time to try the market and see if their rep after showing me all the benefits of his windows could get anywhere near my target price , i was very impressed when he did so went for it . After measurements were taken fitters soon turned up to fit the windows they were very nice friendly lads and fitted the windows really quickly i was most impressed with the hours they spent finessing the trim and air/sound proofing all around the really nice and well made windows so that when they'd finished they looked brilliant , thanks very much to them and the team and will definitely use them again .

Just had two bi-fold doors and one new window fitted. Two different teams (Ivan & Ash and Ollie & Adam). Both were excellent. Turned up when they said they would and fitted everything to very high standard. Special thanks to Ivan for sourcing and fitting small skirting board to tidy up in one corner. This isn't the first time we've used Window Wise Sussex. We've always found them very good.

From initial quote to the completion of the work, nothing was too much trouble for the team. The installers were very thorough, polite and tidy and the electrician and plasterer were excellent too. Communication with Kevin, the project manager, was also excellent. The work was completed to a high standard and was exactly the price quoted. We'd highly recommend Richard Thomas Conservatories.

We're really pleased with our recent kitchen extension, designed and built by Oakley Green. Ian, who was our first contact, was very good at taking on board what we'd wanted from our extension. The resultant design is perfect for our needs. Our special thanks to Kris Kolb, their Operations Manager. He'd scheduled the build to fit our planned holidays and was always quick in responding to our queries. There were a few niggles during the build stage but they were addressed to our satisfaction. Also, our building regulations certificate came through soon after the completion. Friends who have been round have been impressed with the extension and we are delighted :0)

I’ve just had all my windows and doors replaced including changing a patio door to a bifold. From my first visit to the show room where Damian helped me to select the products that satisfied my exacting standards through to Chris and Glynne who delivered the project to agreed timescales every aspect of the installation has been first class. Our project involved extending the living room into the garden by 3 meters and moving the kitchen from the front of the house to the back. That creates our dream family space with open plan kitchen, diner, and sitting room (next step is decking and garden).
We were very pleased with how Oakley managed the build and the quality of work. The service was personal and prompt, and we were always well informed. Professional, friendly, and competitive.

D L Windows have systematically being replacing my old double glazing windows and installing bi-fold patio doors over the last year or so
What a company, always there when they say they will be, and then stay until they finish the job.
All work has been to an extremely high standard, not just windows you are pleased with, but windows you are proud to have in your home.
The fixers are polite and trustworthy as well as being great installers.
